SPECIAL EVENT REGISTRATION PROCESS!!!
KARTS, Motorcycles, and Cars at Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca!
Car and Kart groups are Waitlist Only as of 8/25/10.
A FIRST OF IT’S KIND EVENT! Specially formulated for all types of roadcourse speed junkies!
Thursday, September 9th at Laguna Seca. The format for the day is as follows:
- 3 run group format - (1) 80-125cc kart, (1) A to B+ level Motorcycle, and one Advanced to Mixed level Car run group!
- Limited to 30 vehicles per run group.
- Maximum track time given that we’re only running 3 groups
- Track is hot from 9:00am to 4:30pm
- 92db limit. If you are running a Bike or Kart you must be able to meet the 92db limit. If you can’t and get caught by the sound monitoring staff 3 times, then you’re done for the day. Bikes should run stock exhaust, Karts need to run the spec muffler tested to ensure that it will pass at this track. Please contact Jason Santander at: santanderj@yahoo.com for details as to where to buy the muffler and it’s pricing.
- No overnight camping in the paddock as the county of Monterey wants another $1000 for one night of camping. There are campgrounds around the perimeter of the track. Contact the Monterey County Parks office for camping details.
- Trailer drop off ‘MIGHT’ be possible the day before the event. The track has been getting really strict about NOT letting anyone in the day before, so no guarantees. We’ll check with the management about 4 days before the event and let everyone know.

You have several payment options for our events this season:

- Pay via Credit Card by way of the Paypal site. (you can make credit card payments via the Paypal site even if you don’t have a Paypal account)
Your slot within an event is not confirmed unless an immediate payment or deposit is made via the payment links below. If you plan to pay by check you have 5 calendar days to get your payment in. Those that wish to pay Cash must send us a note to discuss before we can hold a slot for you within an event.

Refunds
TrackMasters Racing will refund registration fees if cancellations are received 15 days or more prior to the event date. In the case of a late cancellation within the last 15 days, only if we have people on the wait list to take your place. There are absolutely no refunds for cancellations within 3 business days of an event.
Weather related cancellations are not likely for these events. If there's a need to cancel due to weather, TMR will work with track management to minimize financial exposure and refund any remaining funds to each participant.
