Refunds
TrackMasters Racing will refund registration fees if cancellations are received 15 days prior to the event date.  In the case of a late cancellation, only if we have people on the wait list to take your place. There are absolutely no refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. Weather related cancellations are not likely as we run all tracks ‘Rain or Shine’

R u n G ro u ps
Tr ac k M as te rs R ac in g wi ll be ru nning 3 or 4 run group events only. This is the only way we can keep your event costs down.  3 to 4 Run Group events also provide members the maximum amount of track time at an event, and eliminate boredom in the paddock.  Low Stress Driving conditions and Safety for you and your vehicle is our goal.

Run Group Size
The typical size of each run group will average 22 to 28 paid participants. Maintaining run groups of this size will keep the track open ahead of you, and keep it safe. TMR's objective is not to 'pack the track' and create unwanted situations.

Run Group Designations
TrackMasters Racing will be using a simple lettering system to organize and manage each run group.

A=Advanced - open passing but no racing! No aggressive passing or stealing apexes.

M= Mixed - A combination of some Advanced drivers and highe Intermediate drivers. A stick on round vinyl ‘Dot’ is placed on the back of cars that Don’t want to be passed with open passing rules. If a car isn’t wearing a ‘Dot’, then you may pass with the Open Passing rules similar to our Advanced run group. We don’t always run a Mixed run group,

B1=High Intermediate &    B2=Low Intermediate - Mandatory Point By Passing anywhere on track. We prefer to see passes made prior to braking points entering a corner.  No passing is tight corners.

C=Novice - Mandatory Point By Passing in designated sections of the track.  This will vary by track and track conditions.

Guest = Occasionally, TMR will have a guest run group. Passing rules for these groups are tailored to the customers needs.

Length of Sessions
Generally speaking, each run group will be on track for 20 to 30 minutes. The actual amount will be adjusted as needed to accommodate the requirements of each track and the overall schedule for the event. Sessions usually run about 20 to 25 minutes.  On occasion we will purposely reduce the length of the late afternoon sessions because drivers begin to fatigue and lose some focus. These shorter afternoon sessions are just another step TMR takes to provide safe and incident free events.

Passing Rules
For each event, TMR will specify and enforce passing rules for each run group. Track conditions, weather, and size and make-up of run groups will all be taken into consideration when passing rules are established for an event.

TMR - Typical Event Format:

    Coffee/Pastries in the morning
    Registration
    Drivers Meeting
    Continue Registration (if required)
    Morning Sessions
    Lunch
    Afternoon Sessions
    End of Event
