- Food service at the Infineon grill will be available throughout the day.
- Timing and scoring equipment will be in place for this event
- All Autocross participants will be required to help out with various duties when they’re not ‘on course’.
- Volunteering for specific duties in advance of the event is preferred but not mandatory. Positions include the following:
- Registration (usually done by noon)
- Timing (2 people needed)
- Scoring
- Announcer
- Flagers
- Grid workers (2 people needed)
- Course workers (7 to 10 needed throughout the day)

It takes a total of 17- 20 people to work an autocross--depending on the course length. The morning positions of registration and tech are not required for the afternoon run groups.
Upon arrival at the event you will be required to register, submit a signed release form, complete a timing card, and position your car in the grid area to be teched. There will also be a driver's meeting about 1/2 hour before event start to go over all the required announcements, rules, etc. In addition, if any drivers would like instructors to ride with them, they must communicate their request during the meeting. We will also assign drivers to run groups and deal with two drivers cars during the drivers meeting.
