Appreciation Weekend at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca!

It’s time for another wonderful weekend of Cars & Motorcycles in Monterey!
For those of you who haven’t attended these events in the past, these appreciation weekend track events are a great time and in a beautiful location. TrackMasters Racing will once again be assisting in the management of this event through this registration process and execution the weekend of the event. Zoom Zoom motorcycles will be assisting with the bike portion of the event.
The format for the event will be:
(2) Run Groups of Cars - An Advanced run group and a ‘Mixed’ Low Intermediate/Novice run group
(2) Run Groups of Motorcycles - An Advanced run group and a ‘Mixed’ Low Intermediate/Novice run group
25 to 30 Vehicles on track per session!

$150 entry fee whether you attend one day or both days. ‘Yes’, your $150 covers both days but only one slot in a run group per day! If you plan to ride and drive on the same day, then 2 fees are required.
‘Mixed’ = This run group is a combination of Intermediate and Novice level drivers/riders. Novice drivers will have a large stick-on vinyl ‘dot’ on the back of their car, and Novice riders will wear a bright colored vest.
The ‘dot’ on a car means that if you come up on a ‘dotted’ car, you need to proceed with caution. This is a mandatory point by run group, so you can only pass when presented with a hand signal ‘point by’. Additional passing rules will be covered in the drivers meeting the day of the event.
The ‘bright colored vest’ indicates that the Rider is a Novice, and as a faster rider you should be very careful when passing the Rider. (not too close, not in corners, not inside, etc)
“Advanced” = Primarily experienced drivers/riders who can ride and drive in an open passing environment.

Note: You don’t have to become a TrackMasters Member to attend this event, so please ignore the ‘you must become a member first’ comments on the registration form.

Refunds
TrackMasters Racing will refund registration fees if cancellations are received 15 days or more prior to the event date. In the case of a late cancellation, only if we have people on the wait list to take your place. There are absolutely no refunds for cancellations within 3 business days of an event.
Weather related cancellations are not likely for these events. If there's a need to cancel due to weather, TMR will work with track management to minimize financial exposure and refund any remaining funds to each participant.
